Remarks

  1. Volunteers under the age of 14 should be accompanied by parent/ guardian for flag selling.
  2. Accident Insurance will be purchased for Flag Day volunteers aged between 3-75.
  3. After completion of flag-selling session, “5 Hours Service Certificate” and souvenir will be issued.
  4. All flag-selling materials including flag bag and flag stickers will be distributed starting from 1st June 2024. Individual volunteers are required to collect them at HEDA one week before our Flag Day.
  5. FREE school talk will be offered to each group with 30 volunteers. (Limited quota, first come first served)
  6. Any donation of HK$ 100 or above is tax-deductible and an official receipt will be issued
  7. Your enrollment will imply your consent to all the arrangements.
